These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using NSLedger ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using NSLedger, you agree to these Terms.
NSLedger is a planning tool for organizing bills, income, savings goals, subscriptions, debt accounts, reminders, and related financial notes. You are responsible for the information you enter and for reviewing it before making financial decisions.
NSLedger provides budgeting, planning, and tracking features. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, banking, or credit advice. The app may calculate balances or projections based on the information you enter, but those results are only planning estimates.
You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you use Google or Apple sign-in, that provider may help verify your identity, but your NSLedger account remains subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of the financial planning information you enter into NSLedger. We use that information to provide the app, save your planner history, calculate balances, support account features, and help troubleshoot issues. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse NSLedger, attempt to access another user's account, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, upload malicious content, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
We work to keep NSLedger available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change over time as the app is improved, maintained, or updated.
You may request account deletion through support or use account deletion options where available inside NSLedger. Some records may be retained for a limited time when needed for security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, backups, or service operations.
NSLedger is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for financial losses, missed payments, overdrafts, data entry mistakes, projection errors, service interruptions, or other damages resulting from use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we may notify users by posting an updated version or sending a service notice. Continued use of NSLedger after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
